Dr. Bower’s story
How I got started
When I was growing up, I used to get dental cleanings at a local college. It was a real eye-opener as to how it all works. But I was interested because, just like the dentists who were treating me, I liked to work with my hands. I’ve always loved mechanics, using tools, and building things. But what really drives me is being able to help people and solve their problems. As a dentist, that’s my every day.
When I’m not fixing teeth…
Outside of dentistry, music is my number one passion. I play a few gigs around town, at weddings, and lead my church band. And I’d be more than happy to write you a special song to cure your dental anxiety. I’m also an outdoorsy guy who enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and culture. And although I don’t look like your typical dentist (full beard and long hair), I deliver quality work for patients looking to improve the health of their smiles.
My Philosophy –
I believe that giving patients quality dental care means offering more than the cheapest option. I’m a conservative dentist, and I won’t try to upsell you. But I will recommend the best solutions and treatment plans for your situation.
I also believe in staying at the top of my game. If you’re not developing your craft, you’re falling behind, and I’m committed to evolving my skills. Whether it’s training with a new technology or learning an advanced technique, I’m doing it.
Finally, and most importantly, I believe that having a great relationship with each of my patients is a necessity. It’s how you build trust. I wouldn’t trust a doctor’s opinion if my experience felt sterile, clinical or generic. And I don’t expect you to either. So let’s get to know each other. Friends make the best caregivers!
